SCA COFFEE SKILLS PROGRAM

The Coffee Skills Program created by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is recognized worldwide. A student may complete a level or module with one authorized SCA instructor, and continue on other levels & modules with another instructor.  

SCA Coffee Skills Program consists of one (1) introductory module and five (5) specialization modules. Each of the five (5) specialization module comes in three (3) levels: foundation, intermediate & professional.

Students are encouraged to complete the foundation levels before attempting intermediate levels to ensure that students receive a comprehensive background knowledge taught at the foundation level. 

Learners attempting to be a certified SCA trainer must complete and pass the professional in at least one (1) of the specialized module.
