Booking & Notice
All bookings must be made with a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice, subject to availability. -
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the event date to secure your booking. No service will be rendered without full payment. -
Service Coverage
The standard package includes up to 100 cups within the allocated service duration. -
Additional Cups
Any consumption beyond the allocated 100 cups will be charged at RM10 per additional cup, which can be paid on-site. -
Service Extension
Extension of service hours is subject to availability and will be charged at RM80 per hour. -
Outstation Fee
Events held outside Klang Valley will incur an additional RM200 outstation setup fee. -
